lack thereof
I bought my 03 Road King from Buckminn's because a friend had and was satisfied. Since that time I had a bad experience on my first warranty visit and since then have found nothing but dissatisfied customers...including the friend who originally recommended them. Sales people are brusk and have take it or leave approach and service is worse. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't even buy a T-shirt from them. Drive past Xenia to F&S in north Dayton. They still understand the concept of working for the customer.
